• HB C496 2K Spray Clearcoat

Mixing and filling aerosol cans to the factory formula using a paint code involves a precise process to ensure color accuracy and quality. First, you need access to a color-matching system that can generate the exact paint formulation from the paint code. Once the formula is identified, the base paint components (such as pigments, binders, and solvents) are mixed according to the factory specifications. In the instance that the colour is a 3-layer or 3-stage colour that requires a ground coat and a pearl coat, our team will be in touch with you as an extra can will be required to achieve the factory finish. After thoroughly mixing, the paint is transferred to a specially designed aerosol can, which is then filled with a propellant. This creates the pressure needed to spray the paint evenly. The can is sealed, shaken, and tested to ensure the spray output matches the desired color and finish. This method allows for touch-ups or small jobs using the exact factory paint.

Please note that while we strive to match the factory paint code as accurately as possible, there may be slight color differences due to factors beyond our control. These include aging of the original paint, weathering, exposure to sunlight, and variations in application methods. We recommend testing the color in an inconspicuous area before full use to ensure satisfaction with the match.
